Mobile Application Helps Problem Gamblers
Health-E Gambling – a new smart phone application is currently being developed by Harvard Medical School and University of Las Vegas. This app is focused on encouraging responsible gambling and helping problem gamblers.
This mobile application can help users to find the nearest Gamblers Anonymous center, as well as track how much time and money was spend on online and mobile gambling. The application indicates spends on calendar basis and a user can set certain limits.
Las Vegas International Gaming Institute believes that such an approach will help to improve gambling behavior. Health-E Gambling Application will be released in spring 2012 and will be distributed free of charge.
